herceptin success

Hello, this is my first time on here. I would like to know if anyone has had a recurrance after completing herceptin, and if so how long? I guess I am a little late expressing concerns, as I am scheduled for my last herceptin next week. My first pathology report was er p, pr p, her2 p, the test was repeated and came back er p, pr p, and her2 neg. The pathologist assured my medical oncologist that there was nothing wrong with the first test, it was just a sample from a different part of the specimen. Has anyone else had this happen?

    Hi buckskin I had the opposite happen. My first biopsy came back as her2 negative, but after chemo and surgery, the biopsy came back her2 positive. I read the tumor can change, especially after chemo. The doctors are not sure why it changed.
