white nipple discharge

i am 19 years old with no family history of BC.

sometimes there are small really tiny white spots on both of my nipples. noticed it 4 months ago. i sometimes remove them with tweezers. they are bright white and kind of look a little gooey. it doesn't look like pus tho.

is this concerning or normal? does that count as discharge? nothing comes out of the nipples when I squeeze them, only when i pick the white spots out with tweezers, which i probably shouldn't do. they are also really really small. i'm just not sure if that counts a discharge because i actively have to remove them and they also sometimes disappear on theirown. the spots are also not there consistently

Those little bumps are sebaceous glands in your nipple/areolar area that serve a purpose to keep the area lubricated. You should stop picking at them - they are perfectly normal, and no, it is not what you are asking about as to “nipple discharge.”
