did your insurance company pay for cold caps?

Hello, I am new to this forum. I used the cold caps to help with head pain and hair loss during my 3 chemotherapy treatments. I sent a claim to my insurance company, but it was rejected. Has anyone had success in getting reimbursement for the cold caps?They are expensive, and I believe if I resubmit my claim with a lot of evidence, I may be able to get reimbursed for at least some of the cost. Just wonder if anyone out there has had a similar experience or knows anything additional about this.
