IBC after implants??

hu everyone,

About a year ago I had a breast lift with implants. Recently after putting on 10kg I have noticed little blood vessel type redness in both breasts in different areas (mainly where my stretch marks are) I then started researching and freaked myself out. I then noticed little pores or hair follicles (some of the dots have hair some dont) I could of always had this but only started noticing now. I went to my doctor who had a look and didnt think it was but got me to do an ultrasound. Results came back all good in the breast tissue and lymph nodes. Since then I am still looking at my breasts (its been 2 weeks) the redness is still the same but im noticing more pores (could be the fake tan) but now im overstressing because ive read so many things about ultrasounds cant detect it but then they can.

No pain, they are warm but theyve been like that since having my surgery. No size difference, no itchyness, don't seem swollen (maybe a little larger atm due to period)

Can an ultrasound pick it up and seeing as though my doctor seen my breasts and isnt worried should I not worry?

You should not worry. IBC progresses very rapidly, like within hours and days. You would have seen dramatic changes within 2 weeks.
