need some advice about continuing AI's past a 7 year mark

Hi all

My best friend was triple positive -did lumpectomy, chemo, radiation and herception and tamoxifen for 5 years. Was moved 2 years ago to letrozole-she is having some tough side effects and is wondering if it is worth staying on.... do you know of any research that suggests triple + should do the full 10 years of hormonal drugs?
