Fat Grafting to Reconstruct Breasts After Bilateral Mastectomy

Hi ladies,

I had my bilateral mastectomy in 2013 and after tissues expanders went to implants in 2014. I am having my implants removed in November because of the Allergan recall. But after having them for many years, I just don't want them in my body anymore and I'm looking for options. There isn't enough fat on me for any type of flap. My only option is doing fat transfer. Has anyone after their mastectomy had only one fat transfer done? I'm not ready to go totally flat in my life, but little boobies will be just fine.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
