Looking for an oncologist in Boston at MGH or Dana

I’m newly diagnosed and not sure about my MGH oncologist. I like him a lot, but communication has been difficult. There seem to be many layers/screens to get through to him at any point. Anyone have a great oncologist with easy communication pathways?
