I used it on the advice of my naturopath and oncology pharmacist during Taxane chemotherapy. That and the vitamin B6 were supposed to help with neuropathy. I didn't get neuropathy so it must have done something. I still take it a year out in my smoothie because I got in the habit of doing it.

My Integrative MO had me taking it for the day of & days surrounding my chemo (3 days total) and I took B6 as well. I had TNBC.

Used it in powder form during Taxol tx, where I hoped it would help with any potential neuropathy. My MO didn't think I would get neuropathy anyway, so I can't tell if it actually did anything because many of us don't have that issue no matter what, but it didn't hurt and helped me believe I was doing what I could to stave it off. At least if I got it, I knew I didn't have to look back and regret not using it.
