Postmenopausal and on Tamoxifen

For those who have been on this med for awhile what advice can you give to us that are just starting. How did you work through your side effects and continue on? I have seen my GYN and also had my eye exam. My primary will be monitoring my liver function. Did anyone continue with Tamoxifen after being diagnosed with a fatty liver? or a thickened endometrium? Anyone have trouble with blood clots? Anyone take Milk Thistle?
