Breasts hang unevenly after implants

So I am struggling. Both breasts have implants now, but due to my left side getting radiated last year, the skin is tighter and it hangs in a higher position. I also have dimpling on both. I told my PS about this, and he said we should wait a few months post surgery to see if my left side softens up over time. My fear is that in order to get them at an even level, I'd have to do a breast lift on my right side....and if I did that, I'd lose the nipple. I chose nipple-sparing surgery initially because my nipples were so important to me.

I don't know if I'm just too much in a rush to have things look good (not perfect, but even). I had unrealistic expectations that reconstruction could only have to happen in one surgery. But I just don't think I can be happy with my results now. My right breast hangs at least 3cm lower, and its very apparent when comparing my nipples.

Does anyone have a similar story? What did you do?

Yes I have similar situation. Had BMX with tissue expander placement. Then had right breast radiation. Had my exchange surgery four months after finishing rads. As the months passed either my left non radiated implant dropped or my right radiated implant contracted up. When I’d try to wear a fitted shirt it was so noticeable and bothered me. So my plastic surgeon said we’d go back in and exchange again and lift the left non radiated side and do some more fat grafting to try and even it out. I actually liked the look of the radiated side better as it was higher and firmer and didn’t/ doesn’t move at all. So I did the revision on the left back in Oct and he put in the bio mesh and fat grafting and....they’re still not even 🙄. So annoyed about it. If I contract my left pectoral muscle it lifts up the implant and it looks fine but I can’t possibly do that all the time. My PS says we can go in again but I’ve given up. Maybe I’ll do some more fat grafting but I’m not having another revision. The right radiated side has not dropped at all or loosened up at all.
