    hello I have two tiny red spots on my left breast. They started off as little unpopable pimples and over the last month and a half have became two tiny flat red spots. My breast is so sore for the last few days. I was breast feeding just over 5 months ago but the pain is not from full breasts and I have tried to empty them incase but nothing came out and I did dry up which is what made me stop in the first place!

    Never heard of tiny red spots being an indication of anything but a skin condition. If your pain continues and makes you uncomfortable it would be reasonable to check in with your doctor
