Had shoulder replacement and may have have breast cancer.

Had a mammogram on June 25th. Was scheduled for Total shoulder replacement on July 22nd. After the mammogram my breast has been sore but didn’t think too much about it. Until about 2 weeks before surgery. I began to feel a lump under the nipple. Got report that said there were 4 spots that they wanted to check into further and one of them is the one under the nipple. Had the surgery and am doing PT. The shoulder surgery and breast lumps are on the same side. how long before I can have a PET scan and further treatment if needed. I’m scared because I had a lumpectomy and one lymph node removed in 2015
