Bone mets and Arthritis?

My recent PET scan showed some "heat" around a couple of spots in my hip where I had some rather significant mets nearly 4 years ago. They have been stable since starting Ibrance, but this new possible progression has me worried. My doctor only reads the report and I am waiting to hear back from my radiation oncologist who can read the actual scans and tell me what she thinks it is - cancer progression, or just arthritis.
In the meantime I'm scared. Anyone else develop arthritis where bone mets have healed?
