Starting denosumab after oral surgery

hi all

My mother had a oral surgery to remove ONJ areas 2 months again she seems to have fully recovered from this. She is off denosumab the last 8 months.

Are there any cases of people starting it again ?

She has bone Mets and recently found on liver.
