Mepitel Question

Hi!

Question for all those who have used mepitel film.

--Did the film cover the nipple, or no?

--Has anyone used mepitel and still had significant burning?

--Is there anything I should know about which specific type to buy?

Mepitel covers the whole area to be radiated and this usually includes the nipple.

I had virtually no bad burning after 33 doses.

Mepitel is the brand name, so just buy the standard product and get your rad techs to fit it. If it comes loose after a while you can replace parts of it. Buy a bit more than you think you’ll need.

Which kind did you use? I'm not sure if I have the right one. My RO's office ordered it for me, but I am the first person there to be using it... They ordered Mepitel One. I've only had it on for a few hours and already it is driving me crazy... itch, pokey, and sort of pulling on my skin. I wasn't expecting it to feel like this!

But maybe it is the wrong kind?
