orange peel skin or pores on both breasts

i am an 18 year old girl with no family history of breast cancer. a year ago i have noticed big pores on both of my breasts with small dark hair growing out. i'm not quite sure whether it's orange peel skin. the skin does not feel thick or anything. it feels rather smooth. i also have big breasts so i thought that might be a reason for the pores. my mother also has visible pores so i thought it might be inherited. anyways,i saw my doctor and he just shrugged it of and wasn't worried at all. however i am FREAKING out. i sometimes have small red spots but they always disappear in a few days. can anyone give me tips to identify orange peel skin? can it be normal? could they be pores or hair follicles?

It would be very unusual for this to be IBC.
