Abemcliclib/Verzinio Failing - What's next?

I've been on a clinical trial for the last 17 months of 150 mg of abemcliclib twice a day and bi-weekly immunotherapy. I just learned that week that my liver tumors are growing in size, largest is 1.5 cm and my tumor markers are slowly rising. (Bone mets were still stable, though) (TMs went from 37 to 45 in 3 months). My onc said she could keep me on the trial for a bit longer, but since I have a lot of options available I have not tried yet, she wants to take me off now. I have an appointment with my previous onc on Thursday. I am going crazy wondering what to expect next. I still work full time and need to continue to do so. I have also not yet tried Ibrance and am thinking that might be next, but I can't find any information on patients going from verzinio to ibrance. Does anyone know if that is possible since they are both CDK 4/6 inhibitors? If not what do you think my next course of treatment might be? This would be my forth course of treatment after 2 rounds of taxol, 7 months on tamoxifen and 17 months on abemcliclib/immunotherapy. Thanks in advance!

Mom- Your cancer is ER+, but you aren't on anti-hormonals? Is the cancer thought to be endocrine-resistant? If not, then yeah, I'd move to anything with femara or faslodex or a SERD, combine it with ibrance or AA or test for PI3K mutation for Piqray, there should be lots of things out there
