reoccurrence of breast cancer

i was diagnosed in 2017 with stage 2 estrogen neg progesterone neg and Her2Positive....surgery to remove small tumor followed by chemo and radiation...ended treatment about 5 months ago...blood test showed concerns and pet scan confirms that i have reoccurrence and it is in my bones, lesions on liver, abdomen and lympnodes near neck....i expected to be dealing with the same tumor makeup but preliminary pathology indicates triple negative....i am scared and just starting the process of treatment soon....any suggestions and has anyone experienced such a change....

    Uuuugh. I am sorry you are dealing with this and hope your team has an aggressive plan in place soon. Have you introduced yourself on teh stage IV boards? They get more traffic than this one, and you may get better advice. Thinking of you and hoping you get a plan soon to kick back those dang lesions.
