What about PAIN?

Hi guys! It's been a while since I have been here. It's been busy busy busy and I thank God for the opportunity to be busy and worried Mom's first round of Radiotherapy for her T11 breast Cancer metástasis in Spine has concluded. She began it with a diffuse perception of pain (she did roll down the stairs at home twice in the year prior to her diagnosis. And she refused to seek treatment then) so we all assumed it was due to the fall as she reported it in the lumbar area. Now she's telling me that the pain is pin-pointable to the spine even though it seems she can't pinnit into the t11.

So I have been reading but it seems that no one has ever thought of doing a more specific thing. I would like to know if the fact that she can narrow the pain down to a location means that health recovery process is ongoing? Is it the "standard"? or it means that things are worsening? She has no urinary nor intestinal incontinence so I think we are good. I often ask if the pain has increased, remains at the same level or reduces as a way to know if things are the same, better or worse.

her next doctor's appointment is in two weeks time.

I often think that with the fall down the stairs and the fact that even today, when doctors told her that T11 is quite broken down, she has no incontinence and no overwhelming pain and is only taking paracetamol and that even every 12 hours or as needed, that she's quite fine. But she still thinks that she's going downhill and that brings me down and makes me worry sick.
