Looking for a good surgeon/oncologist in milwaukee, madison, WI.

I was just diagnosed with IDC, DCIS with primary testing. Have few more tests and biopsy to confirm. I am looking for a good surgeon and oncologist. I live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I can travel up to 2 hours in Wisconsin. I have state insurance. So, I can not go to other state. If you know any good surgeon in Chicago area, please let me know about them too. I can try and get another insurance if possible.

My breast surgeon was in Waukesha. He is a general surgeon, but as he told me, he does waaay too many breast cancer surgeries. I loved him. Compassionate, accomodating and kind. Steven Bartos is his name if you want to google him. The onco I had there was just barely OK. He listened to me, but I did more research for him than he the other way around. Maybe they're all just overworked.
