I've been taking letrozole for about 1 year & 3 months. Things didn't bother me as much as they have these last few months and rather than considering switching me from letrozole to something else, they would rather I work on my "mental" issues. I'm about to switch to a new MO who will hopefully get me on a new track of treatment. I really don't want to experiment with counseling and more medicines. For that, I'm trying a white noise app to help with my lack of sleep; I think that should help a bunch. The new doctor's appointment is a month away, one of those hard to get doctors with a good rep.

I digress. Have any of you switched from letrozole to tamoxifen? Or...maybe found a way to deal with the side effects that letrozole? I currently experience moodiness, feeling like I've about had it up to?, touchy joints almost everywhere, numb feet, cramping feet while trying to flex them for exercise, a little memory loss, tinittus and finding it very difficult to lose weight. Recently though, I caught up with some "news" about pesticides in many foods. I'm cutting back on non-organics much more but don't know how we'll afford that. Funny how some foods that claim to be healthy for you end up being full of salt, chemicals and who-knows-what. P.S. Can't handle eating greens that are raw, including home made organic veggie coleslaw. Love the salads, etc. but pay later.

Thoughts? Thank you
