Not sure what to make of this

I've had a couple of breast concerns with the left breast and had an ultrasound for a hard lump. I'd felt it a lot and had bruising and the lump had become bigger. I got an ultrasound and the technician said it looked like fat necrosis and checked with the radiologist. I thought it was fine. Then I got a call from my medical centre to say to come in because it needs follow up. I got hold of the breast surgeon I'd seen last year when I had some suspicious stuff that we wondered was IBC. She agreed it needs follow up and scheduled an appointment next week. I don't know what to think- I thought it was fine but obviously it's not. Mixed messages. Here's the report.
