Has anyone tried oseostrong or BStrong4Life for life for builing up your bones?

I tried a complimentary session at OsteoStrong in January, and since then I started going this month, after some consideration, and some shutting down for covid-19.

So far, I really like it - I leave feeling stronger. I'm on a mission to take care of my bones without a prescription.

sauterelle - I had not heard of this. Googled. Sounds like there is a book that explains bone health and what to do, as well as a "gym" to evaluate and train?

I'm walking 3-4 BRISK miles every day. Weight bearing exercise is one key. Other are not smoking and deleting carbonated sodas from your diet.
