Bleeding from Nipple Rings and Breast Rash

recently I have been bleeding from my well-healed nipple piercing. I thought I might have torn it or snagged it but I feel that I would know for sure because i have done that in the past and it hurts. And even as bad as I snagged it before it never bled. It is bleeding but it doesn't hurt. Now a few inches away from my nipple, I have a rash that is itchy and looks like a bug bite. The rash is maybe the size of a quarter and it trails off a few centimeters. Is this cause for breast cancer concern or maybe just an infection? I'm going to the doctor ASAP but I am still very anxious with a lapse in insurance due to a job change
