Anyone with Retroperitoneal Fibrosis associated with BC

Good afternoon all! I’ve recently been diagnosed with bilateral Hydronephrosis secondary to Retroperitoneal Fibrosis (RF) which is associated with breast ca and other malignancies. We ordered a PET scan to r/o malignancy and it was positive for bone mets.  After an extended disease-free period I’m now ILC stage IV, asymptomatic except for the GI symptoms associated with RF. Hydronephrosis has been treated successfully with ureteral stents. Now on Faslodex/Ibrance and Xgeva. Anyone else out there with RF?
