Peau d’orange?

Hi there. Just wondering if this is what Peau d'orange looks like? I noticed it on my breast about a week ago. There's not really any redness or thickening, from what I'm able to tell. I am pregnant, about 20 weeks, so I'm wondering if it could be hormonal. I have an appointment with my OBGYN scheduled. Thanks ladies!
