Invasive Tumor Nuclei Scored: 50 - What does it mean?

I just got a pathology report back for the HER2 FISH test, and I understand most of it, except the Invasive Tumor Nuclei Scored: 50. I see my doctor on Thursday, and I know he'll explain it, but Google has nothing about what this means. Why can't they speak in layman's terms?
