Diagnosed w/ADH plus ALH. Not sure what to think

So biopsy turned up adh and alh w/recommendations for surgical excision. Surgeon is waiting on biopsy in 2-3 weeks of second area of architectural distortion same side different area. This is all terrifying. I have bad family history, and not sure am a candidate for tamoxifen. Already thinking if insurance will pay I will get a pbmx-Ive read so many cases where idc is hiding in adh/alh....or in margins. Right now the suspect for the distortion is possible radial scar.

My mother had stage 4 idc. I see what bmx did to her...altered her self image forever in a negative direction due to the scars etc. even though she had no choice.

For reconstruction, I am large chested (DDD) but thin so probably would need to go with implants. I would likely not be able to do a nipple sparing mx due to my size...also since cancer can start in the ducts not sure id want to leave nipples intact. (Would never reconstruct that large to be clear-always wanted a reduction to a C or small D because I am tall and due to frame

Anyone have any input to offer? Im at a loss. My mom and grandma had bc and my aunt adh removed. Aunt is non compliant with her tamoxifen. I lean against taking it bc my grandmother died of a stroke while taking tamox. and the other side of my family has dvt history. I dont yet but had a blood clot from a picc line once so they pulled it...my mom took aromisn instead but she was post menopausal but only bc chemo caused it.
