Complex sclerosing and Papilloma Question

Hi everyone,
I am new and just confused. I received my results from my CNB that said I had complex sclerosing and had an excisional biopsy as a result. Those results came back verbally as non-carcinoma but the doctor wanted to talk to me about next steps since it says I had a papilloma. The nurse mentioned that she may want to remove it via surgery. Has anyone experienced this? I still need to speak with my doc but it sounds like I am not exactly out of the woods yet? This is sooo stressful.
Also at what point does one get a second opinion? I'm not sure if I need to wait for a cancer diagnosis to get one
