Complex Sclerosing and Papilloma Question

I received my results from my CNB that said I had complex sclerosing and had an excisional biopsy as a result. Those results came back verbally as non-carcinoma but the doctor wanted to talk to me about next steps since it says I had a papilloma. The nurse mentioned that she may want to remove it via surgery. Has anyone experienced this? I still need to speak with my doc but it sounds like I am not exactly out of the woods yet? This is sooo stress
