Questions re: ADH plus ALH

Anyone know much about this? Just got results of my first biopsy of microcalcifications -adh and alh. They told me due to family history of bc the breast surgeon may want to remove this area (they did same with my aunt’s adh-my mother and grandmother both had IDC). First they will probably be sending me for a second biopsy on an arch distortion elsehwhere in the same breast first so he can remove at same time...right now they suspect a possible radial scar on the distortion (because only shows up on 3d mammo not us which can be characteristic of radial scar). Hoping thats benign too but having a bunch of benign conditions makes me think not good...maybe they dont turn to cancer but show higher risk? Thoughts and info. welcome.
