Routine check to surgical biopsy

What a strange trip it has been. I’ve been seeing specialists since the winter trying to figure out why I keep getting sick - predominantly a weird cough that won’t go away. This has included an X-ray and ct scan of my chest. The X-ray exposed a weird mass on my left lung but the CT scan came out clean. At the same time I went for my annual and the obgyn sent me to do a mammo and breast u/s. I discovered I have dense breasts and while that came out clean the ultrasound revealed a hypoechoic lesion on the 8 o’clock position on my left breast. This was confirmed with a targeted u/s. This u/s said “probably benign” but they recommended aspiration or CNB. I saw the breast surgeon and had a CNB done. The pathology on this said "Complex sclerosing lesion with focal papillary features. Microcalcifications are present". The doctor told me that this sample was benign but bc of CS she wanted the lesion removed. I just had my surgical biopsy done yesterday and now the worse part (the waiting!) has ensued. I had a few questions: is it normal to experience shoulder and back pain on the side of the biopsy? Do you think there’s a good chance that since the CNB was benign that this will be too? I google complex sclerosing and it is a little concerning. The whole time I’ve been assured by the doctors that it’s most likely benign only to have some more tests done. My mother had breast cancer so I’m a little worried. Thanks everyone
