TE deflated but my "breast" stills fills up??!!

I have been constantly deflating my TEs for radiation or because I feel too much pressure. The liquid is blue when it come out. Then my boob inflates again!!! I thought it was body serum or something but an ultrasound sees no fluid. NOBODY can explain to me why they fill up again and it's not liquid going into the TE becauae the liquid they take out is blue. I don't get it. Anybody else experience this??
