Hi Everyone- my primary care physician said it's so common there's an actual diagnosis (for me- Arimedex induced). My oncologist gave me about a month break. During that time I did some PT for my trigger thumb and hand stiffness. One thing she recommended with keeping my hands warm at night. For a bit of time I wore mittens. It actually helped. I loved the paraffin wax treatment at PT and actually found some at home wax gloves you can heat in the microwave. Not exactly the same but nice option. I eventually changed to Letrozole and I've noticed my hands are much better now.
