Lobular Neoplasia

So I had a needle core biopsy a few weeks ago and the results were referred to the Royal Marsden. Breast surgeon tells me I have lobular neoplasia but she has requested that I have a vacuum assisted biopsy to see if there are any cancerous cells in the surrounding tissue.

What are the chances that such a biopsy will still miss such cells and I get sent away with a ticking time bomb in my breast?

Would it be an over reaction to say that I am considering amastectomy to protect me from such a possibility
