DIEP Flap Stage 2 Recovery Question

I had my Stage 2 revisions on May 10. My surgeon did nipple reconstruction, fat grafting from my outer thighs and revisions to the abdominal scar tissue. So of course it was nothing compared to the first surgery, but my surgeon did quite a bit. The recovery has been much lighter from my perspective. I was wondering if anyone had similar Phase 2 surgery and if so, how long did you have restrictions on how much weight you could push/pull and on standing for extended periods of time? Just curious.

    This 2nd surgery to me actually was more uncomfortable the thighs were sore had to wear the garment. Phase 1 the big one I didn't have much sensation pain was not that bad.

    My second surgery was more bruising and soreness. I think recovery time was two weeks. I did not have and scar revision on my abdomen so I can’t speak to that but I was expected to wear the bra and binder for several weeks
