Birads 3 no mass at ultrasound

3q with 2 kids. Pushed my doctor for an ultrasound for breast pain and ended up doing g a 3d mammogram and bilateral ultrasound due to a spot on my right side.
This is my first mammogram so no prior images. Would you push for a biopsy? Get a second opinion. Family history maternal grandmother died at 52 from breast cancer maternal aunt had breast cancer mid 40s and is in remission.
Mammogram showed a 1cm nodule spot in spot compression and 1 view. Ultrasound showed nothing. 6 month follow up recommended.
