Breast cancer but imaging doesn’t show it

I am looking to see if anyone else has been in my situation. I have been having health issues, so my doctor recommended an endoscopy. The gastro doc did a biopsy from my stomach to see if anything was going on. I got a result of metastatic adenocarcinoma thought to be coming from my breast, ck7, gata3+, whatever those mean.

After getting with an oncologist, both gastro and oncologist thought I should have another endoscopy to get more samples. This time they got cancer cells from two parts of my stomach, still pointing to metastatic breast cancer. He tested tissue also, and it says ER+, PgR+, and Her2-.

Here is the weird part. I’ve had a mammogram, ultrasound, breast MRI, and PET scan. All were negative. I do have dense breasts.

I’m at a loss. I’ve only see oncologist once and go for second appointment this week.

I would love to hear from anyone who has been where I am now.

    that is crazy! so are they saying the stomach is ok, and its all coming from the breast?

    I really don't know yet. I will find out more on Thursday. I didn't put my whole story. This isn't the only time I've been told I have metastatic cancer. Back in 2013 I had an MRI due to a car accident. The radiologist saw multiple lesions on my spine and thought it was multiple myeloma. I had all the tests, and they came back negative. I didn't have a bone marrow biopsy at that time. Fast forward to 2016. I had another MRI with the same diagnosis. This time I had the bone marrow biopsy. It came back negative. Now I have a positive biopsy twice from the endoscopy. I feel like a ticking time bomb. I have anemia and early satiety, I've lost 11 pounds in six months and have high tumor markers as well, which is why I had the endoscopy. It's crazy is right. I don't know who or what to trust anymore. I don't feel well. I just want to feel better
