    Has anyone been misdiagnosed with lipoma who actually had a liposarcoma? They look very similar on ultrasound, which is what I had. My doctor did not recommend biopsy I'm guessing because of my age (28) he said it was most likley lipoma. But my breast has now become painful around it (not the lump itself). I'm not sure if I'm worrying about nothing
