Hello everyone! I'm a worried lady who is trying to learn. I formally signed up for an account after lurking around a bit. Thank y'all for having me.

I went from a physical, a mammogram, a spot magnification view, and an ultrasound throughout May.

Towards the end of May, I was told that no one knows for sure about anything. I have a biopsy at the West Cancer Clinic in Germantown, Tennessee on the 10th.

I picked up my films earlier.

My abnormal report reads as follows...

This is the gist of the first one...

Digital screening mammogram: suspicious area of calcifications in the lateral aspect of the left breast

Spot magnification views and ultrasound study of the lateral aspect of the left breast may help if clinically indicated.

BI-RADS Category 0- Incomplete Mammogram

This is the gist of the second one...

6.8 mm solid nodule with calcifications is seen in the 3:00 position of the left breast

BI-RADS category 4 -Suspicious Finding Biopsy should be considered

I'm 45. My late mother died of metastatic breast cancer. My late paternal aunt died of metastatic breast cancer. My late paternal grandmother died of lung cancer. Two of my paternal uncles died of cancer. I'm very worried and asked if I had it too, but they said they don't know.
