IMRT weird burn pattern?

Hi everyone. I completed IMRT (intensity-modulated radiation therapy) late last month, and my burn pattern looks weird to me. Has anyone else experienced this with IMRT?

My radiation plan was for the whole breast (mastectomy site) and all the neighboring lymph nodes -- under arm (where nodes were removed), under the old breast line, at the sternum, and at my collar bone.

At the very end of and after treatment, most of the areas turned red. The lower half of my former breast remains unaffected, though -- no color changes or burning whatsoever.

It's like the radiation field had a big Cheshire Cat grin in it, with the top aligned perfectly with my mastectomy scar (and redness above) and the curve encompassed by the lymph node zones (and the redness there).

Has anyone else seen this? Any input is welcome. Thank you.
