I noticed my left nipple was inverted, but easily retracted with stimulation. I saw my dr and had a diagnostic mammogram done at that time. The mammogram was normal then. My concern is, now the nipple stays inverted. It did come out when taking a shower and water pressure hitting it for a short period. I've tried rolling my nipple and squeezing it, but to no avail. I noticed a small amount of lt yellow whitish discharge coming out when I squeezed my nipple. I've also noticed it's been itchy around the nipple and other inner areas of my breast. I do feel a slight burning sensation also. I'm seeing my pcp next Monday for my regular 3 month follow ups for a blood disorder (ITP). My grandmother had breast cancer in her late 60's and 5 years after a double mastectomy she died from lung cancer. That was in the early 70's.. my brother had sarcoma that metastasized to lung ca at age 37. He's now 64(miracle) I'm just wondering if anyone else has had these symptoms and received a diagnosis other than cancer.?..... I’m a 62 y/o grandma! Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Gemma, so sorry you find yourself here and worried, but glad you found us. Welcome to BC.org!

Although mammogram was normal, it's good you're being proactive and had taken another appointment to see what's going on with your nipple. Try to relax and get some rest while you wait, and please keep us posted on how it goes on Monday.
