Scaraway?

Has anyone used Scaraway Silicone Scar sheets (link below, but I got mine at walgreens) My right side is a really gnarly scar whereas the one on the left is fading nicely. I want the one on the right to fade too. Are there other ways to deal with a gnarly scar? I love going shirtless (doing yard work) but it's really ugly.

I used them and have been happy with the results. Takes some patience (several weeks) and vigilance (cleaning the pads daily) but my scars are barely noticeable now

My dermatologist just recommended these to me. Haven't tried them yet, but I'm planning on it. My dermatologist says they work really well!
