Follow up MRI Worries

I had 2 lumpectomies. The second had clean margins. 20 sessions of radiation, and on Tamoxifen. At my 6 month follow up MRI, the doctor found a 18mm area of concern, non mass... something. Same side as before, right to the left of the area that was removed before. Had a biopsy on Friday and awaiting results. Have any of you experienced the doctor finding something on your first follow up MRI? The area want there at my initial MRI. It just indicated the DCIS. Any thoughts/ideas would be appreciated.
