Anxiety and Hormonal Therapy

I have generally not been overly anxious, however I find that the side effects from hormonal therapy tend to drag my mind to cancer thoughts. I assume that this will continue to abate as time marches on, but I was curious if anyone else had these feelings and what suggestions you might have?

    It kinda makes sense, for side effects from a drug to remind you of why you need the drug. Can't really tell you that it abates because that hasn't been my experience. Tamoxifen is a daily reminder, if not moment to moment. Right now I am trying to allow myself to grieve what I have lost as a result of side effects from the drug. It's a work in progress!!
