Red spot on breast and scared

I’ve had a light pink spot on my left breast with no raised skin or bumps just flat texture not different. I’ve had since 5/13 Went to the doctor and he said there was nothing under that spot. He did feel something a little off at the very bottom close to my rib cage. Also checked for lymphatic nodes that he could feel nothing enlarged or swollen. They are sending me for An ultrasound since I still nurse. Should I be freaking out

Short answer, no. Lots of weird things happen to our breasts when we nurse. More likely it's a rash, not IBC. Best thing to do is stay off Google. It is very inaccurate and scares people unneccessarily. It's good you're getting an ultrasound, just to ease your mind. It will most likely turn out to be nothing.

I forgot to mention that there is pain like a weird burning heavy feeling. He said he could feel my milk ducts and lots of cyst. Thank you for being so positive.
