Nutrafol - supplement for hair health/growth

Hello! Wondered if anyone out there has taken Nutrafol for hair loss/thinning related to hormonal therapy meds?

I am working with a Penn dermatologist and she said that some of her patients have had good results with the supplement.

I saw adermatologist specializing in hair loss and her pre-printed recommendation included either Nutrafol and Viviscal. I asked her which one is better and she told me Viviscal, so that is what I am taking. I am not sure how much it helps. My hair is thinning but could be worse. I also take biotin and use a laser helmet. FYI, another dermatologist that I saw for a skin check also recommended Viviscal.
