Orbital bone lump

My hubby 5.5 years NED. Stopped tamoxifen 6 months ago. Sudden appearance of a noticeable firm round growth on the bone , not movable, where nose meets eye on left side. Nothing on the skin all underneath. Other side is clear. He's brushing it off but I'm concerned after reading that BC can metastasize to orbital bone. Wondering if anyone has any experience with this? I don't want to freak him out but he's stubborn about seeing the dr.

I do not have experience with that specifically, but he does need the bump checked to see what it is. Hoping it is just a benign growth.
