Waiting for biopsy results - Dr said something concerning

Hi! So I have a history of fibroadenoma, but recently in a follow-up US, there were quite a few new lumps that had either ill defined borders, heterogenous, or non-parallel. So I got 3 lumps biopsied.

I've been doing my best to chill out, but I can't stop thinking about what I saw on the screen and what the doctor said when going to the second lump. He asked the US tech if this one was also vascular. On the screen, the lump looked like a fuzzy Russian nesting doll. Idk, I'm just concerned.

Statistically, I know I should be okay. I'm in my early 20s. I've been trying hard not to worry excessively, but that comment just revamped my worries. Am I looking too far into it?
