Sew in pockets for non-mastectomy bra or other garments?

Looking for a way to hold knitted knocker prosthesis. Like to try sewing pockets into some of my summer dresses without using a bra. Or use some of my old bras and sew pockets into them. I am exploring all my options. Just recently had a BMX. Want the most comfortable way to wear a prosthesis.

I bought some sew in pockets but have never used them. Just went with a mastectomy bra that is similar to my old Vanity Fair bra. I recently just got the fit right on everything (bra, prosthetic), so hang in there if things don't work perfectly at first.

hello I have lots of mastectomy bras that I made with regular bras by sewing in pockets with old bras can't tell either one of my sisters sew a couple for me after Lmast I have mastectomy bras from stores also. msphil idc stage2 0/3 nodes. 3mo chemo before and after Lmast got married 2nd one then 7wks rads and 5yrs on Tamoxifen.
